No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing building, including: the replacement of the main entrance doors; the refurbishment of the existing entrance marquee; the addition of new window and door openings and the replacement of several existing windows at the first floor and basement; the construction of new terraces and pathways at grade with associated site walls, railings, and screening fences; and the replacement of an existing areaway wall and railing, all as shown in materials received and dated 7 November 2014 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 November 2014. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
