No objection to the issuance of a permit for the repair and rehabilitation of an existing front porch, including replacement railings, lattice, flooring, and trim, as shown in materials received and dated 4 March 2016, PROVIDED that all replacement elements are wood and match the originals in dimension and profile. Recommend against painting the unpainted brick facade and porch piers. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
