No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new sign on an existing awning for Flippin' Pizza, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2016, PROVIDED that the text on the valance be deleted or replaced with the name of the business, "Flippin' Pizza", as required in the DC sign code regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area, and pending the receipt of revised drawings. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
