No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new three-story single-family house on a subdivided site, and for modifications to the existing site, as shown in materials received and dated 2 March 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 March 2018, 9 March 2018, and 13 March 2018, PROVIDED that the existing heritage cherry tree in the front yard, as with the two heritage oak trees on the site, be sufficiently prepared and protected before and during construction to ensure its long-term retention and health. Submission conforms with previously approved concept. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
