No objection to the issuance of a permit for exterior modifications to an existing building, including the installation of replacement windows, the conversion of a monumental window to an entrance door, the construction of two small additions and a new bay window, the reconstruction of the penthouse and two glazed solariums, the restoration of the masonry facades, and other minor modifications to an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 September 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 September 2018, PROVIDED that a stone sample for the exterior cladding of the penthouse be provided for review. This review does not include any interior work. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
