No objection to the concept for the renovation of and additions to an existing house and site, as shown in materials received and dated 6 September 2019, PROVIDED that a full tree survey and protection report be obtained prior to final design of the proposed new fence and side yard stair and PROVIDED that applicant consult with staff prior to submission for a permit. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
