No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of and additions to an existing office building in order to convert it to its originally intended use as a multifamily residential building, as shown in materials received and dated 4 October 2019, pending further consultation with staff on exterior design details, including at the penthouse addition and the areaways and planted areas along 22nd Street, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
