No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new metal-clad canopy, modifications to an existing canopy, and modifications to an existing storefront for BAU International University, and for modifications to an existing outdoor seating area partially in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2020 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 April 2020, 13 April 2020, and 14 April 2020. Submission does not include signs; forward a new submission for signs that comply with sign regulations for the Shipstead-Luce Act area when ready. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
