No objection to the issuance of a permit for additions and renovations to an existing house, including a new bay window, small additions at the south and north facades, a new covered entrance, a new roofed porch, modifications to window and door openings and one dormer, replacement exterior stairs and railings, replacement garage doors, and associated site work, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2021, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission conforms with previously approved concept. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
