No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of flashing to encapsulate existing projecting concrete nosings at each floor, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2021, with the understanding that this is a short-term measure and that a facade rehabilitation or replacement project will follow, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
