Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to the site of an existing house, including the regrading and paving of the rear patio, the installation of a new trellis, fence, gate, and guardrails, and the installation of new planting beds and paved areas in the rear and side yards, as well as for the installation of new and replacement doors and windows in the existing house, including the modification of existing masonry openings, as shown in materials received and dated 4 February 2022, PROVIDED that the doors and windows not be vinyl or vinyl-clad, pending further consultation on the design of the windows and doors, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
