In its public meeting of 21 July conducted by videoconference, the Commission
of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the final design submission for the redevelopment of the historic Cotton Annex site
at 300 12th Street, SW, including the renovation of the historic building and the addition of a 13-story mixed-use apartment building (case number SL 22-122), and delegated completion of the final review to the staff. Please coordinate review of exterior materials and details with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
