No objection to the concept for a rear addition to an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 8 September 2023, pending consultation on the massing and design and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend AGAINST the concept for a second curb cut and driveway leading to a second attached garage and for an in-ground pool and associated shade structure, due to insufficient information for review. Recommend consultation with staff on these project components prior to resubmission. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
