No objection to the issuance of a permit for renovations to an existing house, including modifications to an existing glass block wall and the installation of 12 aluminum-clad replacement windows, three replacement doors, a replacement skylight and sun room roof, a new entry door to a second unit, two new skylights on the sun room roof, and new exterior light fixtures, as shown in materials received and dated 7 March 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 19 March 2025, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
