No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of eight replacement dormer windows at the attic level of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 2 May 2025, PROVIDED that the color of the windows be consistent throughout the building and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Recommend that the walls and trim of the dormer windows on the rear and side facades be painted to match the color of the rest of the dormer windows on the street-facing facades. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
