No objection to the concept for alterations and additions to an existing office building proposed to be converted to residential use, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2025, and supplemental materials received and dated 9 July 2025, PROVIDED that the windows on the east elevation be maintained and pending the receipt of supplemental materials and coordination with the staff of the National Park Service on the landscape treatment along Rock Creek Park. Previously proposed entry canopy has been removed from the project scope and replaced with a loggia, a window bay has been added to the eastern edge on the south facade on floors 6-8, the width of the 6th floor terrace has been reduced by one bay, and a one-story rooftop lounge amenity has been added to the rear of the terrace. Submission otherwise generally conforms with previously approved concept submission. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
