No objection to the issuance of a permit for rooftop modifications at an existing building, including additions to the east and west ends of the penthouse, the replacement of an awning with foldable doors to the south side of the penthouse, replacement guardrails and roof membrane, and new lighting, planters, and wood decking, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 December 2025, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Submission largely conforms with previously approved concept. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
