No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement deck, stairs, and fence at the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 6 March 2026, PROVIDED that the existing front yard storage shed and deck, which was installed without CFA review and possibly without a permit, be removed as part of this project, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Urban Forestry Division. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
