No objection to the issuance of a permit for landscape modifications at an existing house, including the installation of replacement pavers and steps at the front and rear yards, a replacement fence and gate, two new fountains in the rear yard, and a replacement retaining wall to accommodate a new hot tub, and for the removal of an existing reflecting pool and modifications to an existing brick wall, as shown in materials received and dated 5 June 2026, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
