No objection to the issuance of a permit for exterior waterproofing along the perimeter immediately adjacent to the foundation on the east, west, and south frontages of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 9 July 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
