No objection to final design for repairs and replacement to the front stair and landing of Old Stone House, the wood shingle roof on the gardener's shed, and site fencing, per supplemental materials received 25 April 2025, which indicate all replacement materials will match the existing in design and material and the fence will be the same height as existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
