No objection to the proposed candidate designs for the 2016 Special 100th Anniversary Coins Featuring Classic 1916 Designs program, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2015. The classic designs include: the Winged Liberty Head dime, the Standing Liberty quarter dollar, and the Walking Liberty half dollar. For the new gold bullion coins, the classic designs will be updated with the new issue date "2016" and the inscription: "AU 24k 1/10 oz."; "AU 24K 1/4 oz."; or "AU 24K 1/2 oz." to indicate the purity and weight of the coin.

No objection to the proposed concept design for a new open-air pavilion for the Washington Youth Garden at the National Arboretum, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2015.

No objection to the proposed exterior rehabilitation of the Flume Building, Switchgear/Transformer Building, and the North and South Clearwell Gatehouses for the McMillan Water Treatment Plant and Reservoir, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2015. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the replacement Salt Shed relocated to the parking lot in Chapel Woods, as shown in materials received and dated 29 May 2015.

No objection to the proposed concept design for alterations to the exterior of the D.C. Department of Motor Vehicles Inspection Station, which includes paint, supergraphics, and the re-skin of the canopy, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2015. Recommend further study of the size and the degree of the inclined angle of the italicized supergraphic lettering to improve readability and its visual dynamics on the face of the building. No objection to the revised final landscape design for the Capitol Quarter Community Building, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2015. Revisions conform to the Commission's previous recommendations.

No objection to the proposed final design for the renovation of and additions to the Fort Davis Recreation Center including the playgrounds, as shown in materials received and dated 5 June 2015.

No objection to the final design for replacement windows and exterior restoration at the Logan Elementary School building for the Capitol Hill Montessori School, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2015. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to concept design for the proposed alterations to the fence along O Street, NW at the Hyde-Addison Elementary School complex, as shown in option 2 of materials received and dated 19 May 2015 which indicate new brick pier to minimize size of new sliding gate. File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions and details, for review by the Commission. Project was reviewed by the Old Georgetown Board at its 4 June 2015 meeting. No objection to the final plans for the installation of back-up electrical generators in the southwest court of the Whitten Building and in the eastern most and western most courtyards of the Agriculture South Building, as shown in materials received and dated 10 June 2015. Design conforms to previously approved concept submission. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
