It is understood that these existing canopies will be in place for no more than two additional years, while designs for permanent covered media stations are developed. No objection to proposed rehabilitation of Locks 3 and 4, including reconstruction of stone walls using original stones with minimal replacement if needed, and reconstruction of wood lock gates to match existing per drawings received 17 March 2016. No objection to the final design for the proposed replacement doors at the main Indiana Avenue entrance of the H.
