The Commission regrets that the oversized Boffi sign on storefront and the listing of cities were installed not in compliance with previous recommendations. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for proposed second sign of back-lit letters reading 'Maxalto.' No objection to replacing the back-lit sign reading 'Boffi' above the entrance doors with back-lit letters no taller than 12 inches high and pin-mounted through mortar joints. The oversized sign applied to glazing on show window must be reduced to letters no taller than 12 inches high and the listing of cities on the bay window must be removed no later than 31 January 2013 to conform to previous recommendations.
