No objection to the concept design for a three-story addition, renovations, and site modifications to a former ambassadorial residence to convert it for use as a chancery annex, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2011. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a rooftop photovoltaic panel array, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2011. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of windows graphics and signs for CVS, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2011. Recommend that the existing public art installation by Robert Kent Wilson remain in place.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a retractable canvas awning on a penthouse, as shown in materials received and dated 7 January 2011.
