No objection to the proposed concept for the alteration to two storefronts as shown in materials received and dated 2 March 2007, with exception of west side of Saks Jandel storefront. Suggest curving the proposed storefront in a way that mimics the current design. File permit application for review when ready.

No objection to the issuance of permit for renovation and addition of 10-story office building as shown in materials received and dated 2 March 2007. Project conforms to previously approved concept design (SL 06-063). ACTION PREVIOUSLY DELEGATED TO STAFF

Recommend AGAINST the issuance of permit for proposed roof addition and replacement windows and doors as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 13 March 2007, due to lack of information. Submit labeled photographs of the existing condition, a complete set of coordinated drawings including, but not limited to, existing conditions, proposed plans and elevations, exterior details and materials, and window and door details with new permit application for review when ready.

No objection to the proposed concept for the new sign as shown in materials received and dated 2 March 2007, provided the height of lettering does not exceed 12 inches. File permit application for review when ready.

No objection to the issuance of permit for the renovation and addition as shown in drawings received and dated 8 March 2007, provided the metal roof is painted a solid color compatible with the surrounding complex. Project conforms to previous permit approval; see case number SL 02-127.
