Attachments to be made through the mortar joints only. Design for sign to be reconsidered at the time of any additional sign for a commercial establishment in interior court is proposed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
