No objection to permit submission for demolition of existing structure and construction of new two-story recreation building, per supplemental materials received 4 June 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicate the brick proposed for the pool equipment enclosure would match the brick proposed on the recreation building; includes the crash rating of the bollards; includes landscaping at the base of the pool equipment enclosure building; confirms that the planting of additional large caliper trees was studied; includes a detail on the proposed light poles; and notes that rooftop solar would be reviewed as part of a separate application. No objection to final design for renovations and additions to historic school building and existing landscape for conversion to a new community center, per materials received 4 June 2026. Final design conforms with previously approved concept design.

No objection to concept design for renovation of existing playground, per materials received 4 June 2026. Scope of work includes selective demolition of existing equipment and site furnishings and replacement with new play elements, as well as construction of new barrier-free access ramping and other infrastructure improvements.

No objection to final design for installation of outdoor pad-mounted electrical switch equipment within new metal cabinets, per materials received 4 June 2026. Materials indicate cabinets will be painted dark green and will be surrounded by a low wooden fence. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to final design for construction of flood wall segments A/B, D, and E, along with associated site improvements, at the southwest edge and central area of the Blue Plains Treatment Plant, per materials received 4 June 2026. Materials indicate flood wall design, which is intended to protect the facility from a 500-year event, conforms with previously approved design at segment C (CFA 16/JUL/20-h).

No objection to final design for reconstruction of the Sacred Soil Marker, per materials received 4 June 2026. Materials indicate that the original 1929 concrete marker deteriorated beyond repair and was removed in 1938; the new marker will match the old in design and dimensions but be made of limestone, in compliance with current cemetery standards. No objection to final design for modifications to existing rooftop cellular antenna array for AT&T, per materials received 4 June 2026. Scope of work includes relocation of 4 existing antennas and installation of 4 new antennas, along with associated cabling and equipment. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to concept design for modifications to existing station and underpasses to accommodate new center platform and track, per supplemental materials received 11 June 2026. Scope of work includes new structural supports, parapets, and modifications to station entrances for new interior stairs and elevators for platform access. Any modifications to adjacent Reservation 113 will be submitted separately. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to final design for rehabilitation of Building 157 for office use, per materials received 4 June 2026. Scope of work includes full window replacement, MEP modernization, a new elevator, a barrier-free access ramp, and bioretention planters. Materials indicate proposal is consistent with the Washington Navy Yard Master Plan, which calls for adaptive reuse of Building 157 (currently vacant). Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to final design for modifications to existing campus wayfinding program, per materials received 4 June 2026. Scope of work includes replacement of 13 existing permanent signs and installation of 14 new signs; several new signs will replace existing temporary A-frame signs. No objection to final design for modifications to Building 46 to accommodate new electrical switch equipment, per materials received 8 June 2026. Scope of work is limited to the basement of the 1950s addition of the historic 1907 heading plant and includes interior architectural and structural modifications, window restoration and select window replacement, and door replacement. Materials indicate proposal is consistent with the AFRH-W Master Plan, which calls for rehabilitation of Building 46.
