No objection to issuance to permit for proposed landscape plan including regrading and walkway in front yard, brick garden walls, terraces, pergola, wood screens, and trellis in rear yard. Working drawings conform to approved concept design (See case OG 08-017). Existing iron fence and gate in front yard will remain. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
