No objection to issuance of permit to replace roofing and the gutter liner, per the supplemental materials received 8 July 2025, which indicate the replacement gutter liner would be copper, the roof of the rear bump out would be metal, and flashing details are included for the roof, per Old Georgetown Board request. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
