Returned without action. Revised permit application to change the location of the previously approved pavilion from northeast to southeast of the main house was withdrawn at the written request of the applicant on 10 July 2025, as the Old Georgetown Board found the proposed relocation would have a detrimental impact on the primary elevation of the historic Evermay house.

No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing gutter liner with copper, per materials received 13 June 2025, PROVIDED the existing slate is reinstalled. No objection to the concept design to construct an accessible entrance, restore windows, and alterations at Georgetown University's New North, per materials received 13 June 2025, PROVIDED the primary pier is a full arch the same height as the proposed railing; the proposed entryway design closely matches the design of the existing window to be removed; more documentation and details are provided for the windows proposed for replacement; the outward-facing surface of the interior storms are painted gray; the ramp has a stone paver surface (Option 2); and the railings are consistent with the other railings on campus. No objection to issuance of permit to install planting beds with brick border in public space, flanking the front stair on the east elevation, per materials received 13 June 2025.
