No objection to issuance of permit to replace the standing seam and membrane roofs and flashing in kind, per the supplemental materials received 1 July 2025, which include a typical detail specification for the proposed drip edge and replacement roof material, per Old Georgetown Board request. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
