No objection to the concept design to construct an accessible entrance, restore windows, and alterations at Georgetown University's New North, per materials received 13 June 2025, PROVIDED the primary pier is a full arch the same height as the proposed railing; the proposed entryway design closely matches the design of the existing window to be removed; more documentation and details are provided for the windows proposed for replacement; the outward-facing surface of the interior storms are painted gray; the ramp has a stone paver surface (Option 2); and the railings are consistent with the other railings on campus. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
