No objection to concept design for replacement and partial restoration of the exterior brownstone stairs on the north and east elevations, per supplemental materials received 2 July 2025, PROVIDED the applicant study retention of the historic railings, using cubic stone for the supporting post, and reusing the existing stone for the vertical wall of coursed stone blocks on the north stair. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
