No objection to issuance of permit to remove brick infill within the opening and install a single-glazed, wood sash window on the first floor of the west elevation, per the supplemental materials received 5 July 2025, which include a dimensioned drawing of the existing window to serve as the model, per Old Georgetown Board request. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
