No objection to issuance of permit for sign reading "J.CREW" installed over the front entrance, per supplemental materials received 9 July 2025, which indicate that rear single-story portion of building will remain unpainted brick, per OGB request. Note that second sign on 31st Street above storefront window was removed from application after OGB did not support it. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
