No objection to issuance of permit to install two flagpoles at the Embassy of Romania, per the supplemental materials received 7 July 2025, which indicate both flagpoles would be shorter than the initially proposed; the flagpoles would be installed through the mortar joints and into a structurally sound base behind the bricks; and the cleats would be installed in mortar and not brick, per Old Georgetown Board request. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
