No objection to issuance of permit to replace the shutters and rear porch columns; alter the fenestration on the rear elevation, and install rooftop condensers on the rear elevation, per the supplemental materials received 8 July 2025, which include cross sections for the proposed replacement fenestration; confirmation the proposed windows and doors conform with the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines; and confirmation the Polystone columns would be hand-painted, per Old Georgetown Board request. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
