No objection to the final design for new boiler plant equipment at the Natioanl Building Museum located at 401 F Street, NW, per materials received 31 December 2025. Scope consists of a building-wide energy retrofit including the installation of a natural gas-fired hot water boiler plant, a gas meter, and flues within an existing cooling tower enclosure on the northwest corner of the site. This project is one component of a larger initiative, the National Deep Energy Retrofit, which is an energy conservation program for federal buildings.
