No objection to the revised concept design of a building and landscape improvements for at 1900 Gallaudet Street, NE, per materials received 31 December 2025. Scope of this project will renovated the existing building on site and repurpose it for use as community center with activity rooms, senior lounge, teen lounge, a demonstration kitchen, and support space. Landscape improvements will include an athletic field, community green, playgrounds, renovating existing basketball courts, and a parking lot. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
