No objection to issuance of permit to install deck, add privacy screen, replace fenestration, and site alterations, per supplemental materials received 11 December 2025, which included multi-lite wood French doors; a material sample for the trellis material; and the corrected project narrative. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
