No objection to the concept for a new accessible walkway, railings, replacement door and paving at the main entrance of an existing building, as well as the installation of a new egress door, metal canopy, and exterior lighting at the south facade, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
