No objection to concept design for fenestration alterations and replacements and railing replacement, per supplemental materials received 31 March 2026, which indicate windows on the north elevation of the ell align with the openings above, existing windows are retained and NOT replaced, and the railing at the second floor of the ell matches the railing design elsewhere on the building. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
