No objection to issuance of permit to replace the uneven fence segments in the rear yard with a wood, board-abutting-board fence with rail cap of a consistent height no taller than 6 feet tall and to replace the standing seam metal roof on the dormer with a membrane roof, per the supplemental materials received 31 March 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction included the location of the diverter on the plans. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
