No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of membrane and standing-seam metal roof, per supplemental materials received 1 April 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicate the replacement metal roofing would match in kind the existing double-lock, standing seam metal roofing, including the seam height, panel width, lack of ridge caps, and color. Any down spouts to be replaced must be metal and black to match the color of the gutters. The mechanically sealed, T-shaped ribs are not supported. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
