No objection to issuance of permit to replace roofing, per supplemental materials received 1 April 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicate the metal roofing, including the shed-roofed portion at the rear, would be replaced in kind with hand-crimped metal seams that match the seam profile, seam height, panel width, and color of the existing. T-shaped seams are not supported. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
