No objection to the final plans for the installation of low−profile "wheel−stop" lane separators along the existing bicycle lanes in the median of Pennsylvania Avenue between Constitution Avenue and 15th Street to prevent motor vehicles from entering the bicycle lanes; and no objection to the installation of bicycle traffic control signals at intersections, as shown in materials received and dated 1 May 2014. Project conforms to the previously approved test installation of lane separators (see case number CFA 19/SEP/13−j).
