Dear Mr. Clarke:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final construction documents for the proposed modernization of and additions to Delano Hall (Building 11) located on the campus of the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center for use by the D.C. International and Latin American Montessori Bilingual public charter schools. The staff has no objections to the final plans for this project.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 18 June 2015, we approve the final plans for the modernization of and additions to Delano Hall (Building 11) for the D.C. International and Latin American Montessori Bilingual public charter schools, as documented in the materials received and dated 18 August 2016. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
