No objection to the final design for the installation of interpretive sign panels along the southwestern edge of the west plaza of the new Benjamin Banneker Academic High School, and at the north and south entrances to the pedestrian walkway that traverses the site, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2021; recommend revision of the interpretive text on the signs, particularly Panel 7, to acknowledge both negative as well as positive impacts of urban renewal policies in the evolution of the Shaw neighborhood.
