In its meeting of 18 April, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the final design for a new building for the dual program of short-term family housing and permanent supportive housing in Ward 1 at 2500 14th Street, NW.
The Commission appreciates the responsiveness to the comments made during its previous reviews and anticipates the successful completion of the project. If the design is changed before the project is completed, please consult with the staff to determine if additional review is required.
